Description Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering (if applicable). Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen leadership to maintain menu quality and consistency. Ensure exceptional guest service standards are met or exceeded. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies as needed. Create and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability. Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Develop promotional strategies and events to increase sales and customer engagement. Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care. Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software. Requirements 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management or hospitality leadership. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, bar service, and customer service best practices. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Must be available for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Budgeting and financial management experience. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, and inventory tools. Certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS) preferred. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors. Ability to assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations as needed. Ability to accurately report information. Ability to assist with various accounting department tasks as needed. Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures. Attend required meetings.
