We are preparing to launch our next outlet at Varel Singapore, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel located on Selegie Road. Opening in Q1 2026 , this is your opportunity to lead a pioneering team and shape the guest experience from day one.
We’re looking for a dynamic F&B Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. If you have pre-opening experience or the drive to grow with us, we’d love to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong operational and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Pre-opening experience is a strong advantageWilling to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

ABOUT THE ROLE

As F&B Manager , you’ll oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in service, profitability, and team development. You’ll play a key role in launching our new outlet, setting the tone for guest experiences and operational success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant and event operations
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing service team
  • Develop SOPs and workflows for pre-opening and ongoing operations
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control strategies
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and sustainability practices
  • Collaborate closely with culinary, bar, and hotel departments
  • Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Forecast business volume and plan staffing accordingly
  • Analyse revenue reports and drive continuous improvementRepresent the F&B department in hotel leadership meetings
