This is an operational, hands-on role where you will lead a team to ensure service runs smoothly and that guest satisfaction surpasses expectations. Working as part of the senior management team and reporting into the General Manager the F&B Manager will;
- Managing service, breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas & dinner
- Leading the F&B during weddings & events
- Training the team
- Supporting the GM in achieving F&B financial KPIs
- Working closely with the head chef and event sales team
-Deputise the GM in his absence
To be considered for this role, candidates should be experienced in restaurant and event service in a good quality hotel or venue. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to lead a team to deliver the highest of standards.
