As our F&B Manager, you are responsible for all activities within the F&B department in Park Centraal Amsterdam related to the preparation of dishes/beverages, and serving guests in the various outlets which are our Breakfast, Banqueting and Bar Claes. In addition, together with your supervisors, you will manage all F&B and kitchen staff. You will ensure that the right level of service is delivered every day with a motivated team! Our signature restaurant Momo is not part of your responsibility since this is managed by our colleagues from The Entourage Group.

Responsibilities
  • You provide good service and service to guests, you monitor progress, implementation and quality
  • Leading by example, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Assisting with staff training and development to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations, including managing shifts, delegating tasks, and solving problems on the go; you’re a real team manager.
  • Monitoring service standards and addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Co-drafting and responsibility for the F&B budget, monitoring, optimizing the figures.
  • You are responsible for recruiting new F&B employees.
  • You take care of administrative tasks like making rota’s, accurately upkeeping the personnel file in our HR system, approving invoices etc
