At Anantara Bazaruto, food and beverage is theatre, storytelling, and connection. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands luxury in a barefoot setting—where refinement meets authenticity, and every moment feels effortless yet deeply considered. You will be the driving force behind creating memorable dining experiences, leading from the floor, developing talent, and partnering closely with the Executive Chef to bring our culinary vision to life. Presence on the floor You lead from the front. You are visible, engaged, and instinctively know what guests need before they ask. Training happens on the floor, in real time, every day. Bar & beverage expertise You elevate the bar offering—craft cocktails, storytelling through drinks, and a strong sense of occasion.
