ROLE OVERVIEW
The F&B Manager at LLMG will take full ownership of all front-of-house operations across our restaurant, juice bar, café, and home nutrition offerings. This individual is responsible for ensuring seamless service, premium guest experience, and the commercial performance of our F&B vertical.
This is not your average F&B management role. You will work cross-functionally with culinary, medical, nutrition, operations, and marketing teams to deliver a hospitality experience rooted in wellness, education, and empowerment. You will play a pivotal role in team development, customer engagement, and business scalability, aligning food operations with our mission of supporting members across their six lifestyle medicine pillars.
You will report hardline to the Head of Strategic Operations, with a dotted line to the Head Chef, and collaborate closely with the Head of Operations and other department leads.
