We are looking for the industry’s finest Managers to join our team to deliver exceptional dining experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations whilst promoting a positive work culture.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be involved, and responsible for, tasks including, but not limited too
• The day to day running of the food and beverage operation in the building
• Running a positive and productive service for guests and the service team
• Provide an excellent standard and speed of service in line with the reputation of the venue
• Working closely with the Events Manager and Head Chef to organise, set up and run the many different types of events and parties that are put on at Lawson Flats
• Provide ongoing support and coaching for junior staff
• Assist with the continuous review, design and implementation of a unique sequence of service across breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Menu tastings and new menu implementation
