F&B Manager*in

As F&B Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for our food and beverage operations, ensuring that all processes are optimally coordinated. You will lead your team with dedication and foresight, define quality standards, and ensure their consistent implementation. At the same time, you will keep a close eye on key performance indicators, costs, and resources, and work with your team to create exceptional culinary and enjoyable experiences for our guests.

Your job with us:

• Professional management and ensuring the operational processes of the Food & Beverage area
• Implementation of measures to achieve the budgeted departmental results
• Development of concepts for optimizing workflows, their implementation and corresponding controlling.
• Negotiation with suppliers and contractual partners and monitoring of the contractually agreed services
• Ensuring the optimal use of the personnel resources assigned to him in cooperation with the respective department heads.
• Development and implementation of measures for the qualitative improvement of all service and kitchen areas
• Coordination of communication and information with all departments

• Leadership skills : You have experience in leading and motivating teams and understand how to promote and develop employees.
• Gastronomic know-how : You bring sound experience in the gastronomy or hotel industry and have a strong understanding of service quality and guest satisfaction.
