JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented F&B Marketing Executive to support day-to-day marketing operations. This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing content and vendors, handling reports and budgets, and ensuring consistent branding across platforms. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and organizational side of marketing. We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented F&B Marketing Executive/Manager to lead and support marketing efforts across our restaurant, bar, lounge, and culinary experiences. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive footfall, build brand awareness, and support revenue goals for our F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, strong communication skills, and the ability to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of digital tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva) is a plus.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with a collaborative attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support & Coordination
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for content creation, shoots, and campaign deliverables.
  • Organize events, promotions, influencer collaborations, and media visits, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Content & Digital Coordination
  • Overlooking the execution marketing calendars and content schedules.
  • Review and update website and digital content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Support with social media content planning and basic scheduling.
  • Reporting & Admin
  • Prepare campaign and performance reports; maintain dashboards and trackers.
  • Handle administrative tasks including purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain marketing databases, CRM records, and mailing lists.
  • Brand & Materials Oversight
  • Coordinate branding requests across departments and ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Support the production and distribution of marketing collaterals and materials.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis as needed.
