Filinvest Resort: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA MACTAN The F&B Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for the food and beverage outlets of Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan. This role drives brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue through coordinated campaigns, events, content creation, and performance analysis while working closely with F&B Operations, Culinary, Sales, and Marketing teams. Campaign Planning & Execution Assist in translating marketing plans into actionable campaigns and timelines. Coordinate with F&B, Culinary, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned execution. Monitor trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports. Events, PR & Partnerships Coordinate promotional events, tastings, trade shows, and activations. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, media, and influencers. Support public relations initiatives and brand collaborations. ATL & BTL Marketing Execution Assist in executing advertising campaigns across print, radio, and digital extensions. Implement seasonal promotions, tactical offers, and loyalty initiatives. Oversee rollout of POS materials such as in-store displays, table tents, and signage. Digital & Social Media Marketing Manage social media calendars, posting, and community engagement. Execute email marketing campaigns and monitor performance metrics. Update F&B promotions across websites, listings, and digital platforms. Track analytics and provide performance insights. Content Creation & Brand Consistency Write marketing copies for social media, website, blogs, emails, and ads. Support creative shoots and content production. Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and brand identity across platforms. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Relevant experience in marketing, preferably handling Food & Beverage brands. Strong creative and technical skills in campaigns, content creation, and copywriting. Proficient in social media, email marketing, analytics, and design tools (Adobe/Canva). Excellent project management and organizational skills for handling multiple campaigns. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. Results-driven with a keen eye for market trends and brand positioning. Willingness to work in Lapu-Lapu City.
