JOB SUMMARY The Food & Beverage Marketing Manager is responsible for driving awareness, positioning, and revenue generation for all F&B outlets within the hotel. This role develops and executes marketing strategies while actively supporting sales initiatives, partnerships, and activations that increase covers, average spend, and outlet profitability. The position works closely with the Director of F&B, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure marketing efforts directly translate into measurable business results. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required: • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related major and 4 years experience in F&B marketing, sales, or related professional area OR • 4-year bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related major; 2 years experience in F&B marketing or sales; hospitality experience preferred CORE WORK ACTIVITIES F&B Marketing Strategy Execution • Develops and executes annual F&B marketing plans aligned with revenue targets · Keeps up to date and monitors F&B trends quarterly • Positions each outlet with a clear identity and target audience strategy • Ensures promotions and seasonal campaigns drive incremental revenue • Works closely with Digital and Social teams for integrated campaigns • Supports and drives PR activations for F&B outlets Sales & Revenue Generation • Actively sources and develops partnerships with corporate clients and communities • Drives group dining, private events, and corporate bookings • Identifies sponsorships and experiential activation opportunities • Supports lead conversion into confirmed outlet bookings ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintains close coordination with F&B leadership • Provides monthly revenue and ROI reporting • Supports media placements and F&B-focused PR initiatives • Ensures all F&B promotional materials align with brand standards At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
