This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, engaging with guests, and operating in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Position Summary The Mobile Food Cart Operator independently runs a food cart in a designated market area. You will manage all aspects of the operation, including food service, cash handling, customer interaction, and inventory communication. As the sole operator, you are responsible for preparing drinks and serving food, handling transactions, engaging guests, and coordinating with management and warehouse staff to maintain proper inventory levels throughout your shift.
