Job Description What you’ll do… As F&B Office Manager, you are the administrative backbone of our F&B team, working closely with the Director of F&B and the F&B Operations Manager. You ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes: From schedules and menus to compliance and reporting providing operational and administrative support across all outlets. With your structured approach and strong communication skills, you keep all the threads together, creating clarity, efficiency, and order in a busy environment. Your responsibilities include: Supporting daily operations across all outlets with administrative and operational tasks. Maintaining clear communication between FOH & BOH and assisting with coordination needs. Managing all F&B schedules, tracking vacation, sick leaves and attendance, ensuring accurate monthly closing. Printing menus & specials daily, maintaining correct layouts, prices and HOX brand standards. Ensuring hygiene standards and HACCP documentation are up to date and following up with teams on outstanding items. Managing EMC/Simphony pricing, creating or deactivating menu items and ensuring consistency across systems, boards, and print materials. Assisting with inventories, ensuring accurate documentation, and preparing reports for F&B management. Supporting internal organization such as communication boards, SOPs, onboarding materials, and supplier contacts. Qualifications What we’re looking for… Previous experience in F&B administration or office management in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Highly organized with a love for creating structure and optimizing processes. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with various teams and outlets. Good understanding of F&B operations and numbers: from scheduling and inventories to menu pricing.
