Job Description Outlet Manager – Pearl Outlet (Job Description) Job Title Outlet Manager – Pearl Outlet About the Role Lead Pearl Outlet as a hands-on, guest-focused Outlet Manager, driving exceptional dining experiences, strong commercial results, and a high-performing team within a luxury hotel environment. What you will be doing Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pearl Outlet, ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency. Lead, coach, and develop the outlet team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and performance excellence. Drive revenue, cost control, and profitability through effective planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards, while continuously enhancing quality and guest experience.
