As Mackinac Island’s only full-service, casually elegant resort, we are seeking a motivated and service-driven Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor to help lead daily operations and ensure our guests enjoy exceptional meals, warm hospitality, and seamless service. About the Role The Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more resort dining venues. This hands-on leadership role supports staff, monitors service quality, assists with scheduling, and ensures all F&B standards are consistently met. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and leads with professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.
