F&B Pass Coordinator
As our F&B Pass Coordinator, you have a passion for working with and expediting food orders, with an eye for detail, to ensure dish quality and correctness when leaving the kitchen.
Part of your role will be to ensure that all dishes leaving the pass meet the standard as well as accepted time standards. You will also ensure that all dockets are reconciled with the chef on duty and called in a timely manner, and facilitate a positive link between FOH and BOH, ensuring that food runners are trained and effectively managed.
To be successful, you need a Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent education. A Hotel School qualification and Food Pass Management will strengthen your application. A true passion for food quality and service excellence, as well as an in-depth understanding of Restaurant and Food Pass operations, and how to expedite orders, will see you far in this role.
You will use your expertise with the Micros POS system and the kitchen dockets it generates to ensure smooth operations. Your ability to lead a team of runners and maintain clear communication with key stakeholders, both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH), will be essential to the role. You are expected to remain calm and make effective decisions under significant time pressures while planning and communicating tasks with accuracy.

Closing date: 15 August 2025.
We are an equal opportunity employer.
Only short-listed applicants will be contacted
