F&B RESERVATIONS COORDINATOR

Main Purpose:
The F&B Reservations Coordinator will support our Head Hostess in managing reservations and the correspondence of our Food & Beverage department.
Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Main duties:

  • Answer phone calls and manage the restaurant mail correspondence to book reservations;
  • Use appropriate product and experience description techniques;
  • Follow-up with written e-mail offers and confirmations according to our standards;
  • Maintain professional relationships with Guests and colleagues;
  • Effectively use up selling and cross-selling techniques.

Other requirements:

  • Professional experience in a similar role;
  • English knowledge at Intermediate level;
  • Knowledge of F&B management software;
  • Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
  • Flexibility;
  • Attention to detail.
