We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Sales & Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate will engage with guests, upsell menu items, and address customer inquiries to create a memorable experience.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & EXPERIENCE

• Greet and interact with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Gather customer feedback on food and service to enhance the overall experience.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in F&B, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
• Good communication is English, Bahasa Malaysia or any other dialect.
