Job Description What you will be doing: Initiate Sales blitz and Sales calls to grow network and dining foot-falls Up-sale Outlets and possible curated events for customers Coordinate all outlet events arrangements Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments Follow up with Post-dining reports and review guest billings Input all bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basis Prepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to F&B sales administration process Ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers Helps the point of sale attain profitable results Ensure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Sales Executive Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English Good knowledge of F&B service operation Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded Additional Information Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide Learning programs through our Academies Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!
