Description
The Food & Beverage Sales Executive plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction, improving team member performance, and driving business results across the F&B operation. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, this position focuses on executing sales strategies, seizing business opportunities in all F&B outlets, cultivating new customer relationships, and expanding business growth. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all outlets' unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies, as well as those of the competition. Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Department, serving as the primary contact for all F&B-related bookings and inquiries. Coordinate with Outlet Managers to promote special events and occasions. Achieve individual Hotel Food & Beverage sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Generate new and maintain existing customer relationships through various sales activities, including face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, and site inspections. Create awareness of the hotel's outlets and facilities to ensure complete coverage of your portfolio of accounts and achieve set targets and maximum productivity. Provide feedback to the Director of Food & Beverage on changing market conditions, review direct competition, and conduct regular research to identify new selling strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Restaurant & Institution Management or equivalent Post graduate diploma is an advantage. Capable of training subordinates. Proven leadership of a multi-faceted food and beverage sales team within a major area Three (3) to five (5) years of related/relevant experience as F&B Sales Executive / Coordinator with demonstrated proficiency and understanding of one or more functions related to the position Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
