We are seeking an experienced and motivated F&B Senior Supervisor to oversee the daily food and beverage operations in ACTION HOTEL RAK . The role requires strong leadership skills to manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of driving excellence in both service and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within F&B operations (hotel/restaurant).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards and hospitality best practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
