YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience in F&B is great!
  • Good English language skills are important, even better if you also speak Dutch.
  • We highly value reliability and responsibility - if you’re someone who doesn’t shy away from their duties, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
  • You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands, either holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AT THE REGENCY

  • Approaching every F&B task as if you’re doing it for someone special.
  • Always welcoming guests with a warm and friendly smile. Your hospitality can brighten their day.
  • Offering sincere assistance to co-workers and guests whenever necessary.
  • In the event of accidents or injuries to guests, responding promptly and alerting your supervisor immediately.
  • Addressing guest complaints and issues with empathy, aiming for resolution and satisfaction by informing your supervisor.
