Part of the Luxury Group of Marriott International, Casa Brera is currently recruiting Food Service Experts to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.

  • This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
  • The starting date is estimated in March.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Take guests’ food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
  • Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
  • Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
  • Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
  • Order and restock outlet inventory.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
