About the role The F&B Service trainee mission will assist the F&B Service team with activities around the different F&B outlets of the hotel, such as report preparation, MICROS and menu engineering set up and updates, outlets reservations management, stock control, guest reviews analysis and daily organization. You will participate in F&B ops, planning and events organisation.
