Job Details Job Location: Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage - Rancho Mirage, CA 92270 Position Type: Full Time - Exempt Job Category: Management Job Description Summary Responsible for overseeing the performance and coordination of all daily operations of an outlet. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) Monitor day-to-day F&B outlet operations and take needed action to ensure standards of product presentation and service are being maintained. Supervise staff within an assigned outlet to ensure quality and service levels are being met. Assure F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards, as well as all applicable regulations. Assist in developing and managing adherence to departmental policies and procedures. Ensure quality control of product and service. Assist in maximizing the revenues of the outlet or bar while minimizing operating costs. Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate special arrangements and requests for F&B outlets. Monitor & maintain inventory, purchasing supplies, and ensuring compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Perform administrative responsibilities to include, but not limited to inventory control, payroll and personnel procedures. May be assigned to Food & Beverage workstations of the casino and/or hotel. Provide excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients. Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma/GED. 2-3 years' experience in food & beverage management preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
