Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Shop Manager in premium chocolate retail (experience in luxury brands chocolate retailers is highly preferred)
• Language Proficiency - Fluency in English
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus
• Technical Skills - Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

• Seven to nine years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role
• Two years of experience in a managerial role
