The sky is your limit. Hourly Rate of Pay: $30.00/hour USD Job Description Organize and oversee the various outlets. Ensure quality of food, beverage, service and ambiance. Maintain proper staffing and timeliness of various outlets Job responsibilities include; although are not limited to: Operate within Forbes 5 star standards and hold team accountable to these standards on a daily basis. Display a congenial appearance and is well groomed at all times. Assisting the department manager in development, implementation and maintenance of outlet service standards. Training both group and in one on ones to stress service standards, safety, and product knowledge Coordinates all service staff for all meal periods in the outlets during the shift Monitor set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work is complete. Perform all other administrative functions required and communicate information to the department manager as needed. Work in safe manner at all times and follow all safety procedures as outlined in your Standards of Conduct and Loss Prevention Manual Knowledge of the food and beverage menus offered in the outlets Must be able to correctly ID guests when ordering alcohol either at tables or at the bar. To be able to conduct Safety awareness topics. Assist in organization of back of house storage areas, office, liquor rooms and beer coolers. Qualifications Ability to prioritize work load. Organization skills and ability to adapt quickly to any given situation. 2 year experience in bar or high volume restaurant in a similar restaurant/bar environment. Excellent telephone etiquette. Exceptional guest recovery skills. Strong Micros knowledge and experience Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. All of the above to be done fluently in English.
