Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor (Bar) to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As the F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Manage and supervise bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, liquor laws, and company policies Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation Maintain accurate financial records and handle cash transactions Create and update drink menus, incorporating seasonal and local trends Resolve customer complaints and address concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service Implement and maintain quality control measures for all bar products and services Assist in developing and executing promotional events and specials Monitor and analyze bar performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in bar supervision or management Proven track record in high-volume bar operations High school diploma or equivalent required; Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification Current Food Handler's certification Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and current industry trends Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally Solid understanding of local liquor laws and regulations Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
