About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Male Supervisor to oversee operations across our F&B chain with multiple branches. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and personal car, with strong knowledge in staff management, food safety, supplier coordination, and event handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations across assigned branches.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain consistent stock and quality.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, handle client complaints effectively, and ensure quick resolution.
  • Work on strategies to improve customer satisfaction and achieve higher Google review ratings.
  • Plan, organize, and manage events, catering services, and pop-up activations to promote the brand.
  • Monitor sales, expenses, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Male candidate with prior supervisory experience in the F&B sector.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and supplier management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple branches.
  • Experience in setting up and managing events/pop-ups is an advantage.
  • Must speak English and Hindi/urdu languages; Arabic is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
