F&B Breakfast Supervisor Job Summary: Lead the Atria Breakfast morning service, ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience. Craft high-quality barista beverages and oversee coffee service standards. Create memorable breakfast moments through personalized, anticipatory service. Motivate, support, and guide the Ladies and Gentlemen on the morning team. Understand guest preferences and deliver consistent service excellence. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked breakfast outlet at all times. Supervise food, beverage, and barista operations, including setup and opening tasks. Build strong relationships with new and returning guests to encourage future visits. Ensure operational efficiency and uphold The Ritz-Carlton service philosophy. Plan and execute team-building activities that develop and engage our Ladies and Gentlemen.
