POSITION SUMMARY
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible to provide a level of service which is gracious, kind, and warm that provides an exciting environment and World Class Service by delivering Old-World Hospitality and Charm with our guests. The employee is responsible for prompt, friendly greetings, and proper seating of all guests of the restaurant. The employee will have extensive menu knowledge, be responsible for restaurant ambiance, anticipate guests needs, seat them and respond to guests needs as they arise. Focus on departmental goals of - Consistency, Quality and Sense of Urgency.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED. Cashiering experience preferred. Must have a friendly demeanor and be able to communicate well with the public. Must be able to work in an intense and fast paced environment where a high degree of concentration is necessary to perform required job duties. Must demonstrate positive/enthusiastic approach to all assignments. Attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the position. Must be clean, well-groomed, and have a professional appearance. Must have an optimistic outlook, proven track record of leading, inspiring, and proven track record of success in service excellence. Attention to quality details, great communication skills and know how to deliver excitement.
