Food & Beverage Supervisor (Full Time 38 hours) Ivy & Jack is our vibrant, all‑day dining venue serving hotel guests, city locals, and corporate clients using our conference spaces. Open from breakfast through dinner, seven days a week, it’s a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be the friendly face and steady hand guiding the Ivy & Jack team. You will lead daily operations, support and coach the F&B attendants, and ensure every guest receives the warm, genuine service Holiday Inn is known for. You will help with training, rosters, timesheets, guest service, and maintaining a clean, safe, well‑presented venue. You will also step up confidently when the Venue Manager is away, keeping communication clear and operations running smoothly. What you will do: * Lead and coordinate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences  * Work with F&B Management to identify training needs and support team development  * Monitor guest behaviour and follow responsible service requirements  * Prepare and present food and beverages to established standards  * Greet guests, take orders, and provide warm, professional service  * Follow hotel safety protocols and report incidents promptly  * Resolve guest concerns using service recovery guidelines to ensure satisfaction   The ideal candidate will have: * Experience as a Food & Beverage Team Leader (2+ years) or Supervisor (1+ year) * A people‑person who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment * A confident problem solver who keeps operations running smoothly * Strong beverage knowledge and service skills * A natural leader who can motivate and guide a team   We are looking for someone who: * Availability across a 7‑day rotating roster (mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays)  * Legal right to work in Australia  * Current police clearance (within 6 months) * Current Responsible Service certification   Why join us?
