Hotel Meudon is a small hotel just outside Falmouth seeking a F&B led supervisor who prides themselves on fantastic personable customer service.
This role is a diverse with the needs to oversee and supervise F&B shifts but also the need to be able to cover the reception desk at times as well as guest relations, being able to build on customer relations throughout their stay.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Lead an F&B shift from the front in breakfast, lunch or dinner service
  • Give great service to all guests from the moment they arrive
  • Supervise a team to create a successful operation
  • oversee rotas and change in managers absence
  • Contribute to a great monthly beverage stock take
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
