Role Overview The F&B Supervisor manages daily F&B operations to ensure seamless service, consistent quality, and strong guest engagement. It supports team development, oversees key operational controls, and collaborates with Culinary and Guest Experience teams to deliver memorable dining moments and contributes to menu and concept development. Key Accountabilities: Manage daily Food & Beverage operations across all outlets, ensuring seamless, efficient, and guest-focused service. Maintain service quality, food safety, hygiene, and brand standards at all times. Act as a guest ambassador during service, handling VIPs, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism. Support recruitment, training, coaching, and scheduling of the F&B team. Lead pre-shift briefings and ensure strong communication and coordination across outlets. Assist with inventory management, ordering, cost control, and operational reporting. Collaborate closely with the Culinary and Guest Experience teams to deliver bespoke dining moments and special events. Contribute to menu planning, seasonal concepts, and initiatives that drive revenue and enhance guest experience. Requirements Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant in a supervisory or assistant management role. Strong understanding of fine dining service, wine service, and Mediterranean/Greek culinary culture. Degree or Diploma in Tourism or a related field. Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are considered an asset. Candidate’s Profile: Strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and exceptional attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to a variety of work situations and operational demands. Genuine passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
