Job Description The F&B Supervisor-In Room Dining supports daily in-room dining operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, high service standards, and efficient business performance. This role oversees order flow, service delivery, and product quality while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The Supervisor leads, trains, and motivates the In-Room Dining team to deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service in line with brand and Food & Beverage standards. Responsibilities include supporting team relations, encouraging problem-solving through training and empowerment, and ensuring guest requests and concerns are handled promptly and effectively. Qualifications • College diploma in Hotel Management or related field • Previous experience in Food & Beverage/IRD operation • Passion for leadership and teamwork • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence • Excellent guest service skills Company Location: Anantara Kalutara Resort
