Key Responsibilities As F&B Supervisor, you will: Lead and motivate the service team during daily operations Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service excellence Maintain service standards, quality, and brand consistency Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams Handle guest feedback professionally and confidently Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards Experience & Skills Education College degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management Qualifications HACCP – Basic Food Hygiene – Basic Train the Trainer WSAT (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) – Basic Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role and property rating Knowledge of cashiering procedures Proficient in POS systems Computer Skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Language Skills Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal Why Join Us?
