Position: Food & Beverages Manager
Experience: 4-5 years in entertainment side
Location: Dubai, Sharjah and Ras al Khaimah

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across branches, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.
• Drive sales through dine-in, events, and delivery platforms with effective promotions and offers.
• Manage inventory, monitor wastage, and implement cost optimization strategies.
• Lead, train, and schedule F&B staff to ensure smooth operations and effective upselling.
• Monitor delivery platform performance, ratings, and order growth.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards and municipality regulations.
