The Supervisor keeps operations running smoothly through effective scheduling, smart inventory management, and a keen eye for visual presentation. They also take the lead during manager-on-duty shifts, supporting the daily operation across all departments to ensure every guest leaves happy and every day runs deliciously well. ✨ Qualifications & Experience Key Responsibilities: • Lead daily operations of our café or bar — from brewing Starbucks® coffee to serving up hot favorites like burgers and pizza.• Manage vendor relationships, ordering, and inventory to minimize waste and stay on budget.• Maintain top-notch cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards — keeping logs and records fully up to date.• Ensure all team members meet required food handling qualifications and safety certifications.• Monitor and exceed key metrics, including sales targets, spend per head, and guest satisfaction.• Drive team engagement through coaching, recognition, and consistent communication.• Create and manage staff schedules, forecasting business needs and maintaining optimal coverage.• Empower and motivate team members to deliver outstanding, guest-obsessed service every day.• Support other departments during manager-on-duty shifts to ensure smooth attraction-wide operations.
