What you'll bring to the team The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor plays a key role in creating a fun, high-energy guest experience within our Food & Beverage locations! This hands-on leader ensures every team member is trained to deliver world-class service while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation. The F&B Supervisor oversees daily operations including scheduling, inventory control, and visual appeal — all while driving sales and maintaining financial excellence. This role also includes manager-on-duty shifts, leading the entire attraction to ensure a seamless, guest-obsessed experience from open to close. ✨ Qualifications & Experience Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the café or bar, ensuring consistent quality in food preparation, beverage service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Lead by example to create a positive, guest-obsessed culture and deliver world-class service. Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships while minimizing waste and controlling costs. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards, maintaining detailed records and audit readiness. Develop team schedules, forecast labor needs, and support effective cost management. Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve KPIs, maintain operational standards, and provide exceptional guest experiences. Drive sales performance through upselling, product knowledge, and incentive programs. Ensure all licenses, food handling certifications, and safety requirements are maintained and up to date. Collaborate with other attraction departments to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the attraction. Education & Experience: 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 🍔 At least two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or attractions. 🧾 Valid Food Handler’s License (or ability to obtain prior to start). 💪 Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a team. 🧼 Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards. 💻 Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and basic reporting. 🌟 Guest-first mindset with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. ⚡ Flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, team-focused environment.
