As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, you will play a vital role in overseeing our dining operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This position is key to maintaining our high standards of service and quality within our award-winning restaurants.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary practices and hospitality standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and staff alike.
  • Experience in restaurant management or hotel operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
