We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high service and hygiene standards. You will manage and train staff, coordinate with kitchen teams, handle guest feedback, and support inventory control.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years’ F&B supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of service standards, hygiene, and POS systems.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Supervise daily food & beverage operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with inventory, stock control, and shift scheduling.
