WE’RE HIRING: FOOD & BEVERAGE (F&B) SUPERVISOR

Do you thrive in a dynamic dining environment and enjoy leading a team to deliver memorable service? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, guide service crew, and ensure our members and guests enjoy warm, attentive hospitality with every meal.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B, hospitality, or a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Good knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic reporting.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the F&B service team to deliver excellent dining experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff deployment, service flow, and table management.
  • Monitor service standards, grooming, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Provide training, coaching, and feedback to the service crew to maintain high performance.
  • Handle member and guest feedback promptly and professionally, resolving issues with tact.
  • Ensure POS transactions, billing, and cash handling are carried out accurately.
  • Coordinate with the Kitchen teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Assist the Outlet Manager with rostering, stock control, and ordering.
  • Support Club events, banquets, and private functions where required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support F&B operations.
