Job Description Great service starts with strong leadership on the floor. This role supports daily operations while guiding the team to deliver consistent, high-quality food and beverage experiences. Duties Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized service while building rapport with guests and proactively addressing service needs. Educate customers on products, including coffee and tea blends, preparation methods, and freshness. Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with company recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures. Accurately receive, repeat, and process customer orders in person and by phone. Operate the POS system accurately, handle cash transactions, and count back change courteously. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas, including restocking supplies and assisting with weekly shipments. Maintain consistent product quality and efficient service standards at all times. Report customer concerns, safety hazards, employee accidents, and operational inconsistencies to the Manager on Duty. Supervisory Responsibilities Provide on-shift leadership and support to team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service. Assist with training and coaching team members while reinforcing company standards and procedures. Support opening/closing procedures and shift execution, escalating concerns to management as needed. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Planning, assigning, and directing work. Assisting in appraising performance and rewarding team members. Addressing complaints and resolving problems. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Follow instructions without close supervision. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
