This position will be responsible for serving food to our guests and ensuring that customers have a positive and memorable experience. Duties: * Completes opening and closing duties. * Uses stove tops and other kitchen appliances to prepare food. * Cooks all food to the correct temperature and expectations. * Follows all local and state health regulations. * Requests customers’ orders and enters the order into the register * Notifies kitchen of shortages and special orders * Receives payment and gives correct change following established cash handling procedures * Able to correct incorrect orders, as necessary * Provides purchased good to the customer * Replenishes expendable goods (Silverware, Condiments) * Assist in all areas of concessions department, as needed * Cleans all machines, equipment and tools, as necessary * Uses equipment correctly. * Cleans, stocks and maintains guest and employee areas. * Performs other duties as assigned.
