Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a F&B Support expert/Commis de rang. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets. This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations. Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period. Prepare and restock outlet inventory. Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation all china, glass, and silver prior to use. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies. What you’ll need: Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry. A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude. At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English. A safety-first approach. Positive outlook and dependability. Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
