We are looking for dynamic individuals that put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Using your creative nature & personality, you will work alongside the team & lead by example to drive their performance in delivering excellent customer service in all interactions, & profitability through driving sales & minimising wastage. This role is a 32 hours per week over 5 shifts contract – more information is provided below…

THE EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED ARE:

· Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory/team leader position
· Attentive, professional customer service skills
· The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team
· Experience of processing payments (ideally on Micros) would be advantageous
· As the position covers breakfast, M&E functions or dinner service, the right candidate would need to be available for a variety of shifts over mornings and evenings, sometimes into the early hours

Responsibilities

· Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
· Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
· Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
· Managing day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members
· Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals - making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
· Making sure food and drinks are secure and stored safely - always keeping stocks replenished and minimising waste
