JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while upholding high standards of service, food quality, and hygiene. A background in bar or hospitality is essential, and catering experience would be a great bonus.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills with a confident, engaging presence
• Self-driven, energetic, and approachable personality
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a bar setting
• Prior hospitality or customer-facing experience is a plus
• A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
• Demonstrated leadership in a hospitality or food service role
• Good understanding of food safety standards and operational best practices
• Experience in food preparation or catering is highly desirable
• Committed to delivering top-quality service with attention to every detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
