This role supports team coordination, staff training, and efficient workflow across dining areas, or event spaces. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support food & beverage staff during shifts Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock management Train and mentor new team members Handle guest feedback and resolve issues Requirements: Proven experience in food & beverage service Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Qualifications High school diploma; hospitality training preferred 2+ years in food & beverage service, with some leadership experience Strong communication and team management skills Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) Company Location: Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli
