Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Department: Food & Beverage
Salary: £14.00/hr
Providing a warm welcome to guests and taking hot beverage orders and snacks will be at the heart of what you do. You will use your excellent customer service skills to give guests an experience that they are sure to remember! This is a full-time position (weekend included)

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
  • Conveying the hotel’s image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
  • Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees
  • Good knowledge of our products
  • Take responsibility for your designated section and station
  • Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
  • Receiving and processing customers’ payments
  • Making sure ingredient labels are visible in all stations
  • Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables
  • Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns
  • Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services
