Refer a friend through our Employee Referral Scheme and get rewarded for helping us build an amazing team Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing all F&B technology solutions and systems across Central Europe, including Legends Global EPOS and PSP, ensuring reliability, compliance (e.g., PCI), and operational excellence. Leading technical operations for events, including onsite support, team coordination, setup, and post-event commercial analysis to drive insight and performance improvements. Implementing and driving best practices and technology initiatives, including innovation projects, cashless venue strategies, and the development of a technology roadmap with short- and long-term objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders across Legends Global, venue F&B teams, and technology partners to deliver projects, resolve operational challenges, and maximize revenue growth. Managing training and development programs for F&B operational teams, ensuring adoption of technology solutions and supporting operational efficiency and excellence. You will have: Advanced IT technical operational or engineer background will be advantageous within the hospitality industry. Management in EPOS, PSP, E-Commerce, SAS modeling and IT infrastructure. Understands the train and trainer model for operational end users. Experience in coordination of event day team members within the hospitality industry. Self-starter with excellent coordination skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
